Terms and Conditions

  1. Our cancellation policy is as follows:  If you need to cancel your session please let us know as soon as possible. If you cancel your visit or any paid element of a visit with less than two weeks’ notice you will be charged 50% of the cost of the session. Please note that from 1st January 2025, we are updating our cancellation policy as follows: If you cancel your visit or any paid element of a visit with less than two weeks notice, you will be charged 50% of the cost of the session. If you cancel your visit or any paid element of a visit with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session.
  2. We can accommodate up to 35 pupils per session.
  3. We can accommodate up to one class at a time on Lark Hill Place (our Victorian Street).
  4. We require a minimum of 3 accompanying adults per class.
  5. You will be invoiced after the date of the session.
  6. When you make  a booking enquiry, we are not able to hold any date until it is confirmed by you so suggested available dates may become unavailable as other bookings come in.

  8. Please aim to arrive as close to the start time as possible. If you are late, we may be unable to provide the whole service.
  9. Please let us know at the time of booking about any specific needs/requirements particular to your group.
  10. Teachers/accompanying staff are responsible for their group at all times and must stay with the group for the whole of the session on both guided and self guided visits.
